Suidas and Transubstantiation

Q. Did Suidas advocate the Roman dogma of transubstantiation?


Suidas (c. 10th Century A.D.):

The Church offers the symbols [σύμβολα] of His body and blood, sanctifying the whole mass by the first-fruits.
